1. Definitions

1.2 "Customer," "you," or "your" refers to the person or entity entering into an agreement with CloudGas for our services.

2. Service Offerings

2.1 Installation Services: CloudGas offers gas installation services for residential, commercial, and industrial purposes. Our skilled technicians will perform installations in accordance with all applicable safety regulations.

2.2 Appliance Sales: We provide a range of gas appliances for purchase. These appliances are subject to manufacturer warranties, which will be provided to customers upon purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing: Pricing for our services and products is outlined in our official pricing list or as otherwise agreed upon between CloudGas and the customer.

3.2 Payment: Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, will be provided in the invoice issued to the customer. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional charges or service termination.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

4.1 Appointment Scheduling: CloudGas will work with the customer to schedule service appointments at a mutually convenient time.

4.2 Cancellations: If the customer needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Warranty and Liability

5.1 Installation Warranty: CloudGas provides a warranty for our installation services, as specified in our installation warranty policy. We are not responsible for damages or defects related to the customer's appliances or equipment.

5.2 Appliance Manufacturer Warranty: Appliances sold by CloudGas are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. Customers should refer to the manufacturer's warranty documentation for details.

5.3 Limitation of Liability: CloudGas is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services or products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services or products provided.

6. Safety and Compliance

6.1 Safety: CloudGas technicians prioritize safety during all service operations. Customers are expected to follow safety guidelines and recommendations provided by CloudGas.

6.2 Compliance: Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and national regulations pertaining to gas installations and appliances.

7. Termination

CloudGas reserves the right to terminate services or sales agreements with customers who fail to comply with these terms and conditions, engage in unsafe practices, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.
